History of Mizoram – The Formation

The earliest civilization of the ‘Mizo’ hills and its history is accredited to the ‘Kukis’ followed by the ‘Lusei’ clan. Later in the British era when the British took the reign of the land, numerous Christian missionaries came to the region with the gospel of Jesus Christ, which influenced the people and their religious sentiments.
